Sandy has been a realtor for many years and was able to help us understand what was going on with the market. Sandy is very positive yet realistic. Sandy did absolutely everything possible to help us sell our house. She went to different meetings, classes and seminars to gain additional information and ideas. Sandy communicated with us constantly letting us know of a possible new plan or idea we could accept or deny. She gave us the facts, yet let us make the decisions; giving us the pros and cons of each. We would use Sandy again in a heartbeat if we were to buy or sell another property. We highly recommend Sandy Young to anyone who is looking for a straight shooter; a go getter; and a very professional person with a wonderful attitude.

Michele and Valli became fast friends, working as Chamber Ambassadors, and when it came time for us to purchase our "forever home" in Lakewood CO, Valli was our best and only choice. She was wonderfully communicative and helped us through the entire process, guided us to make the best choices, and was with us the whole way.
