We found a house we liked, and our offer was accepted. Then we had it inspected, and a bunch of hidden concerns surfaced. Connie made all the negotiations with the sellers, they made a long list of improvements, from correcting a load bearing wall issue to replacing the sewer line to the street and more. Even in the last few minutes before closing, when a stumbling block arose concerning a radon test result, Connie called the sellers' agent and they worked out a deal to settle our concerns. We have now started moving in and are more than pleased with the house. Connie is still actively involved in making us happy.
