During her first visit at the property to sell she had suggestions for things to do to help sell the property quickly. She regularly sent us updates on comparable properties for sell in the area and always let us know when she had a conversation with other agents regarding the property. We found a house we liked, and our offer was accepted. Then we had it inspected, and a bunch of hidden concerns surfaced. Connie made all the negotiations with the sellers, they made a long list of improvements, from correcting a load bearing wall issue to replacing the sewer line to the street and more. Even in the last few minutes before closing, when a stumbling block arose concerning a radon test result, Connie called the sellers' agent and they worked out a deal to settle our concerns. We have now started moving in and are more than pleased with the house. Connie is still actively involved in making us happy.
