Connie was excellent at explaining everything, and she was always very proactive in helping us complete tasks and suggesting options to complete tasks when we were unsure, and also jumping in to assist with anything that we needed to get done, be it inspection, appraisal, repairs, etc. She just went above and beyond to make sure we were on track and lessen our stress through the entire process. We found a house we liked, and our offer was accepted. Then we had it inspected, and a bunch of hidden concerns surfaced. Connie made all the negotiations with the sellers, they made a long list of improvements, from correcting a load bearing wall issue to replacing the sewer line to the street and more. Even in the last few minutes before closing, when a stumbling block arose concerning a radon test result, Connie called the sellers' agent and they worked out a deal to settle our concerns. We have now started moving in and are more than pleased with the house. Connie is still actively involved in making us happy.
