The sale of our home went very smoothly. Ben held an open house right away. We do not live in Colorado and Ben was very accommodating to the fact that we had a big trip planned in the middle of the sale. He held an open house which resulted in selling the house much quicker than we expected. He sat with us to fill out forms which eliminated having to call or text questions.
