Kristen was the best sellers realtor we ever had. She had the knowledge and expertise to make our home the best it has ever been. It paid off. Other houses in our cul de sac took 3-5 months to sell and our house took about a month. She had all the contacts to fix our house after the inspection at very reasonable rates. She was calm and positive in addition to being hands on from cleaning to shoveling our house to make it the best property it could be. We highly recommend Kristen Issel as a broker.
