Baseline starting points such as market knowledge and research done well in advance with professional presentation. Bill's investment in our situation ranged from expert industry related advice all the way down to meeting service providers, adding hours of physical time in the home during pre-listing prep, even mowing the yard. One thing he told us at the beginning is he limits his listings during a defined timeframe to better focus on his current partners because he's not a team, he's Bill and he puts himself into it wholeheartedly. Even though he's part of an excellent firm we experienced his focus and assistance firsthand. Bill was always available and provided updates on a continual and consistent basis. His partnership with my sisters and myself to sell our mother's home was invaluable and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone needing to sell a home.
