For me, real estate has never been about simply closing a transaction. It’s about listening, putting my clients’ needs first, and building relationships that last long after the keys change hands.
I’ve lived in Colorado for most of my life and have called the Littleton and Columbine Valley area home for more than 40 years. I grew up here, raised my family here, and have lived in several area neighborhoods. That gives me a depth of local knowledge that goes well beyond real estate.
I’ve been a Realtor with RE/MAX Professionals since 2013 and consistently rank among the company’s top producers. I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area, with particular expertise in Littleton and Columbine Valley. My experience includes luxury homes, move-up buyers, relocation, new construction, investment properties, and downsizing.
Before real estate, I built my career in marketing, working with some of Denver’s top advertising agencies before becoming Marketing Manager for Chipotle during its early growth. I started with the company as a freelancer in 1998 and later joined full-time, helping open 200 of its first restaurants.
That marketing experience shapes the way I sell homes today. I believe presentation and perception matter, which is why I personally help prepare and stage my listings. I want every home to photograph beautifully, show at its best, and stand out from the competition.
I also have a knack for seeing potential in a property. I can walk into a home with dated finishes or an awkward layout and envision what it could become, whether that means new paint and furnishings or rethinking walls and spaces. For sellers, that helps me identify ways to improve presentation and marketability. For buyers, it helps them see opportunities they might otherwise overlook.
Most importantly, my clients can expect honesty. I’m never interested in pushing someone into a decision just to make a sale. I’ll give you my honest opinion, even when that advice could mean I lose the deal. My job isn’t to tell you what you want to hear. It’s to give you the information, perspective, and guidance you need to make the decision that’s right for you. Earning your trust is far more important to me than earning a commission.
I’m hands-on, responsive, patient, approachable, and calm when things get complicated. I explain what’s happening and why, look for creative solutions, and I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.
I also have a special connection with empty nesters and clients considering downsizing. Having recently downsized myself, I understand firsthand that leaving a longtime home is about much more than square footage. There are memories, belongings, logistics, emotions, and a lot of decisions. I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to help make that transition easier.
Whether you’re buying or selling in Littleton or Columbine Valley, relocating to Colorado, moving up, downsizing, or selling a luxury home, my approach is simple: I listen first, give you my honest opinion, advocate for what’s best for you, and work hard to get the job done.
I’m not looking to be your Realtor for one transaction. My goal is to earn your trust and become the person you call for real estate advice for years to come.
