We interviewed 4 agents (many recommended by others) when we knew we were going to sell our house. Lauren stood out as one who would have our best interests at heart. The staging was wonderful (if there was any doubt about wanting to sell, I would have stayed because it looked so good!). Two open houses the first weekend and our house was sold (for more than the asking price). Lauren is a fantastic negotiator. She knows what she is doing and does it well. Things went so smoothly. There was not one time that we were concerned about how things were going. Lauren kept us informed on what was happening and what she was doing. I think we felt confident because she was confident. I highly recommend Lauren Trent for your agent (for both sellers and buyers). We have moved many times (military and company moves) and have never had as good an agent as Lauren.

Tifffany was our realtor for our recent home purchase. She was very informative on the area and offered extra help. She was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions or concerns. She is also very friendly, personable and did a great job with our purchase. Lauren has been such a helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, caring and calming agent ! There is so much stress involved in finding a home, buying the home & following through to completion - Lauren helped us through any & all concerns & answered our many questions, and we got through the entire buying process feeling more relaxed than we expected! We love her kindhearted, compassionate side and she was willing to do extra work and try other approaches to find us a home. Lauren is also an associate broker, so she has completed additional education, and has a higher understanding of contracts & so many aspects of real estate.
