Lauren was exceptionally patient with us as we moved from out of state, coordinating with our other agent to sell our house, and knowing it would take us some time to pick a house. We had some silly ideas about timing, and she finessed us into a more practical and expedient path, without making us feel foolish. She also has contacts with all the tradespeople, which is a big help when moving to a new area and not knowing any trustable vendors. (She also has rapport with insurance and escrow people, making everything easy for out of staters.) Once we picked the house, we had a short escrow to coincide with the timing of our sale, and everything has worked out great. She’s also given great advice on how to gear for winter (new for us), watching out for us even after the sale. A trustable person, and a great agent.

We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava.
