Very responsive to our wants. Very knowledgeable on staging our house and knew what the best price we could get for our house. She also worked well with the other realtor. First time in our selling our house, it was almost enjoyable! Not so much with other realtors when we sold a home!

We live in WI and after my sister unexpectedly passed away we had to sell the property. While there were many legal delays (outside of realtors wheelhouse) Jennifer kept us informed, she did all the leg work to have things set to go the minute we had the courts approval. After 5-months of legal delays, which unfortunately took us to trying to sell a house in Palmer Lake at the foot of the mountain with winter setting in. She got the property posted and within a couple months there was an offer and we closed in mid-December. Jennifer's expertise of the market and excellent communications made things a little less stressful. While working on selling of this house Mom passed away and we were planning her funeral and having legal/closing paperwork that needed read/signed, it was a whirlwind of emotions. We had questions and Jennifer took great care in helping us out and provided clear explanations even when we likely asked the same question twice. Jennifer was always extremely helpful and supportive. We met Jennifer when we flew out in April and all the rest was via phone, text, and email. She made very stressful time manageable. Highly recommend as long distance she took extraordinary measures to take good care of us.

I have worked with Lauren twice and she is incredible. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home.

Adrian has done a great job for us on a couple of home purchases/ sales now. We value his expertise, adaptability, flexibility and partnership. He has gone above and beyond to get a deal done. Highly recommended.

The agent was always the first to call and update me on what was going on from start to finish , flawless experience and execution

Jim and Dana were always there for me, consistently talking with me about processes, and where we were at in the sale of my house. I appreciate them both very much. I would definitely use them again in the future, if the need came up.

With 20 years experience, Greg knows the Colorado Springs/Denver area market. Great communicator and will tell you what you need to know both the good, and not so good. He did a great job selling our house, and providing valuable insight that helped with our downsizing and relocation out of state. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Greg kept us advised of changing market conditions and comparable properties on the market.

Colorado Springs Realtor Greg Alderman helped us buy our first home and no one could have done it better. He made himself available last minute and was able to quickly answer all of our questions to ease our worries. He helped us negotiate and secure the home we wanted at a lower price. We are very blessed to have had Greg on our side to buy our beautiful home.
