After my 1st meeting with Holly, I knew I'd want her to help with my biggest purchase ever. Aside from being just plain fun to be around, she was able to answer every question and to negotiate so many different items that she saved me almost $100,000. I couldn't believe how perfectly it all came together. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. Skye was the best agent for us as out of state buyers in a low inventory market!! Not only did he make himself available the day after traveling from being out of the country to show us one house while we were impromptu in town, he also toured homes with us virtually while we were away as soon as they hit the market. He went to bat for us during negotiations and in a sellers market we benefitted as buyers having Skye on our team! We look forward to working with Skye again on future transactions and would only highly recommend him to family and friends!
