We interviewed 4 agents (many recommended by others) when we knew we were going to sell our house. Lauren stood out as one who would have our best interests at heart. The staging was wonderful (if there was any doubt about wanting to sell, I would have stayed because it looked so good!). Two open houses the first weekend and our house was sold (for more than the asking price). Lauren is a fantastic negotiator. She knows what she is doing and does it well. Things went so smoothly. There was not one time that we were concerned about how things were going. Lauren kept us informed on what was happening and what she was doing. I think we felt confident because she was confident. I highly recommend Lauren Trent for your agent (for both sellers and buyers). We have moved many times (military and company moves) and have never had as good an agent as Lauren.

I felt Lauren understood and knew what was going on with the Market at any given time. Lauren could advise me, because of her knowledge, what to do to have house more sellable, like replacing the roof, repainting accent walls and just getting house ready to have showings. Lauren’s professionalism is most Upstanding in every way dealing with her. My overall experience with Lauren Trent being our Realtor was OVER THE TOP and I would HIGHLY recommend she and the Fletcher Team to anyone listing their home.

Lauren goes out of her way to make sure you are getting what you want with a house, as well as what you want in the house once you purchase one. She has helped me in any way she can to make sure I am getting what I want, and is an amazing decorator as well She has helped me decorate my house, not only with furniture, but pictures and anything else you want and need for your house.
