We interviewed 4 agents (many recommended by others) when we knew we were going to sell our house. Lauren stood out as one who would have our best interests at heart. The staging was wonderful (if there was any doubt about wanting to sell, I would have stayed because it looked so good!). Two open houses the first weekend and our house was sold (for more than the asking price). Lauren is a fantastic negotiator. She knows what she is doing and does it well. Things went so smoothly.
