Lauren was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure the process of selling our home was easy, less stressful, and efficient. She was extremely responsive and communicated very well. If you are buying or selling a home you will not be disappointed with Lauren and the Fletcher Team!
Lauren helped us achieve our asking price on the sale of our home at The Ridge at Fox Run. She has a great network within the real estate community and an understanding of the market within the Monument, CO area. I would highly recommend her and her team!!
This is my third buying and selling experience using Lauren Trent and her team. I can personally guarantee you that she knows and understands the real estate market and what buyers and sellers are looking for; especially in the Monument area . She makes everything happen like magic -leaving me with very little stress and no uncertainty or confusion. She will help you with any repairs by sending trusted and vetted craftsman. She listens and takes care of you, both on the buying and selling side of the process. With her in your corner, you will have the best possible experience and outcome. Let her do all of the heavy lifting with your buying and selling process, just like your movers will do with your stuff!
Lauren took the time to understand our needs and found us a house that met all our requirements and more. Lauren was recommended to me by another local in the area and she exceeded expectations
Lauren was great. Property sold in a couple weeks in a slow market!
Lauren is AMAZING!!! She helped us find, close and get settled into our new house. She’s a wealth of information on the area and market and has a contact for any house issues you may need.
Lauren’s awesome - knowledgeable, responsive, down to earth, and a true advocate for her clients. We would use her again in a heartbeat
We had the absolute best experience working with Lauren. She is incredible! She helped us sell our home in Parker and buy our new home in Monument and made the process as seamless as possible. Her warm, friendly and helpful personality made the entire experience wonderful. Thank you, Lauren! You’re the best!
Wow am I glad Lauren is my agent. She coached me through the entire process, was extremely responsive and had lots of local knowledge and contacts to help as I moved and settled in. Thanks so much for all the help and advice!
I CANNOT say enough superlatives that would describe how wonderful and epic she Lauren is!! She came in and minute one I knew she (and the Fletcher team) would take this listing and run with it.. little did I know how far she would go to get this done.. in a matter of less than 30 hours from listing, she had multiple offers, all well over ask. She stayed on the phone with me until almost 11pm until I was completely comfortable signing the offer, and went over any questions we had, all while on she was on “vacation”. She was there throughout the entire process and I knew I could message or call at any time with any questions and she would respond asap! She is my Colorado realtor for life!!!
Lauren is super and superb. She adds a touch of class to each of the showings I have seen. She is up-to-date with her real estate knowledge and knows her business well. I would highly recommend Lauren for your next real estate needs. I came to the table knowing very little and left feeling well armed with the information and talent I needed to land my next dream home. With Lauren’s help. Thank you Lauren.
Lauren was awesome! Lauren was the epitome of professionalism, she was always around during the home buying process. She made the overwhelming process so much better and smoother. She also provided some of the local point of contacts for home repairs, which helped a lot. Her knowledge, integrity, and strong work ethic are praiseworthy. I am so thankful for to have you as an agent, Lauren!! I would highly recommend working with Lauren!!!
