Our experience with was Lauren exceptional. Being first time home buyers we had tons of questions. We asked all about the actual process of buying a house, the local housing market, competitive bidding, inspection objections, you name it we asked it, and Lauren was there every step of the way to help guide us. She was always able to be reached and responded quickly. We communicated mostly through text, which was my preferred method due to my work hours, but whenever I did need to call, she was always there. There entire process went smoothly from start to finish with no delays or anything which is saying a lot considering our experience with Lauren took place during a global pandemic.
