I CANNOT say enough superlatives that would describe how wonderful and epic she Lauren is!! She came in and minute one I knew she (and the Fletcher team) would take this listing and run with it.. little did I know how far she would go to get this done.. in a matter of less than 30 hours from listing, she had multiple offers, all well over ask. She stayed on the phone with me until almost 11pm until I was completely comfortable signing the offer, and went over any questions we had, all while on she was on “vacation”.
