Tiffany was one hell of a realtor! She waited patiently until I was ready to put my home on the market and when it was ready, she took over! When she took over, I had just literally moved to my new home (in another state) and she came in with her cleaners and photographer and had my house listed within a few days. She stayed in communication with me during the WHOLE process and had her contractors on the phone very quickly (for a VERY reasonable price) if something needed to be done. She was always very professional and just kind with a heart of gold. I will say that if you read your contracts and have questions or what not on the meanings of certain things she is very patient and will take the time to talk with you about it is you need to understand. I highly recommend Tiffany Carroll as a realtor and very grateful for everything she was able to do to sell my house within a month.

I highly recommend Tiffany! She took amazing care of me through the entire process of selling my home. No matter what was going on in either of our personal lives, she made communicating any and all updates to me a priority. Tiffany has been a great pleasure to work with. We are thankful for her experience and having the knowledge to negotiate difficult matters with the home selling process in a difficult market. Tiffany was effective in keeping us calm through our lengthy 9 month listing period. Her advice on price adjustments in this difficult market kept us in the game culminating with a successful sale. As an example we had rejected an offer we felt was too low. However, as the market continued to worsen she advised us to reach back out to that buyer to see if their interest in our home and the offer was still good. The buyer was still willing to make the offer and about a month later the sale was final. There were many other complexities as the closing was approaching and she handled those with great skill as well. We really did select the best realtor for our selling our home!
