She was extremely responsive any time we reached out to her and if she was busy to do a sudden showing on a new property, she would have someone from her amazing team cover for her. I had the chance to fly into the state for a couple of days and check out the area and all her impressions were accurate to my experiences. She also advised on our initial offer and at the end of the transaction we ended up paying at or slightly below the appraisal value and closing on the perfect time line for our move. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone trying to purchase from out of state on a time line and budget.
