We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). I was really impressed with Matt. He was super knowledgeable about houses and potential problems. He showed us several houses and was always on time and ready for us. He was super accommodating and worked with us on our time table. He was also very respectful and courteous to us and to the other parties involved, at the same time he was able to effectively negotiate on our behalf.
