We had a different realtor that was giving us major cause for concern and things were turning ugly. We sought out Amy’s group from a prior excellent experience and Kristen was her recommendation. Thank goodness for both these ladies! Kristen stepped in professionally, succinctly, and got us back on track. She went to bat for us and gave great recommendations when we were unsure how much to push for in the negotiation. She stayed on deadlines so we didn’t have to, met inspectors so we had boots on the ground even though we weren’t there, and held her ground on last minute details that needed to be hashed out before close. I could not have asked for a better person to handle the biggest purchase of our lives, and we are very grateful for having had her as our realtor!

We were looking to find a new build as My wife and I have a baby boy on the way. So very nervous about buying our first house. Ben was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We can not thank him enough and would use him for future business. Can’t go wrong here.
