As a first-time homebuyer, I had moments where I felt stressed and overwhelmed, but La Shon was always quick to respond, check in, explain things clearly, and calm me down when I felt like I was in over my head. She truly made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. What really meant a lot to me was how she welcomed me into her world while I was in Colorado, even inviting me to her home for a family dinner, which showed how genuine and caring she is as a person. Because of her guidance and dedication, the closing process was extremely smooth and I ended up with the home I truly wanted. I honestly could not have asked for a better realtor. We worked with Landon to buy our home in Bennett, CO. We had a tight budget as we are a young couple, and he was able to help us find the perfect home. Through the process he helped guide, teach, and give us advice towards what to expect.
