Before working with La Shon, I had another realtor that I just wasn’t connecting with and the process wasn’t going well. After a recommendation, I went through Homes for Heroes and La Shon reached out right away. From our very first phone call we immediately clicked, and I knew right away she was the person to help me buy my first home. Since I was living in Maryland at the time, she went above and beyond by doing video walkthroughs of homes for me so I could still be part of the process from a distance. When I flew out to Colorado for a week to look at houses, she dedicated so much time to helping me, touring 5–6 homes a day so I could really get a feel for the area and my options. Even though we had a feeling one of the first houses we saw was “the one,” she was incredibly patient and supportive while I explored more homes and figured everything out. As a first-time homebuyer, I had moments where I felt stressed and overwhelmed, but La Shon was always quick to respond, check in, explain things clearly, and calm me down when I felt like I was in over my head. She truly made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. What really meant a lot to me was how she welcomed me into her world while I was in Colorado, even inviting me to her home for a family dinner, which showed how genuine and caring she is as a person. Because of her guidance and dedication, the closing process was extremely smooth and I ended up with the home I truly wanted. I honestly could not have asked for a better realtor. La Shon goes above and beyond, and I would recommend her 1000% to anyone looking to buy a home.

We worked with Landon to buy our home in Bennett, CO. We had a tight budget as we are a young couple, and he was able to help us find the perfect home. Through the process he helped guide, teach, and give us advice towards what to expect. Since this was our first time buying a home, we were utterly terrified, and he made it so simple from start to finish. He helped us negotiate important items to us, and was available any time we needed him. The evening after we moved in on closing day, we found a leak in the dishwasher, that puddled in our basement. We called Landon, and he helped guide us through that process as well. Even though his job was technically done, he still helped us find someone who could respond in the same night. The pure commitment to his clients, community, and his team is reflected in everything he does. I cannot say enough about how thankful we are to have gone through this process with Landon by our side. Should we ever buy again, Landon will absolutely be our first call.

We had a different realtor that was giving us major cause for concern and things were turning ugly. We sought out Amy’s group from a prior excellent experience and Kristen was her recommendation. Thank goodness for both these ladies! Kristen stepped in professionally, succinctly, and got us back on track. She went to bat for us and gave great recommendations when we were unsure how much to push for in the negotiation. She stayed on deadlines so we didn’t have to, met inspectors so we had boots on the ground even though we weren’t there, and held her ground on last minute details that needed to be hashed out before close. I could not have asked for a better person to handle the biggest purchase of our lives, and we are very grateful for having had her as our realtor!

Throughout the entire process Sandra was thorough and efficient! Initially, Sandra did research and selected properties that fit my interests. Once we met in person, I felt as though I had known her for years. She was honest and responsive to my questions and concerns and always replied promptly to my messages. Purchasing a home from across the country was a bit of a daunting experience but Sandra was there from day one, guiding me and handling any issues even before I knew they existed. Her years of experience and friendly demeanor made my purchase as smooth and seamless as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend her as your first choice agent but will definitely seek to work with her again!
