I don't have a ton of experience working with realtors but I have worked with realtors at least 5 different times. In addition to those personal experiences, close family members have also worked with other realtors. None of these have come close to being as an enjoyable experience than what I've had with the Degen Team. Cory is by far the most knowledgeable, quickest to react/respond, provides sound advice and is a pleasure to work with. He is not pushy, doesn't add pressure, a straight shooter and will provide the best advice while still backing you up no matter what your decision ends up being. I'll tell you, he told me his thoughts on a particular point, I ran with my "instinct" and in the end, it turned out to go the way Cory had predicted originally. Just check out his credentials and accolades he has achieved, those speak for themselves. I'm not suggesting he is the only top tier realtor in existence, but out of all of my past personal experiences and character profiles I have learned from others who are close to me with their experiences, Cory is the only realtor I would want to go back to and use again. The only regret I have is that I don't have another house to sell or enough money to buy another one right now. When the time comes, I will certainly seek him out.

I am very thankful with Moises for all his professionalism and attention to detail.

Bob Miner did a great job selling our house in Denver. He was professional, knowledgeable, and ultimately very successful in getting our home sold - quickly and competitively. I really appreciated his marketing approach. As part of his package, Bob arranged for our house to be cleaned, staged, and completely ready for showings, which made a huge difference. Our home went on the market on a Thursday, and by Saturday we had multiple offers - something we honestly did not expect, especially in the current market. His approach was exactly what we needed to get our house sold efficiently for a work relocation. His clear direction and strong execution delivered results, and I’m glad we had him leading the process.

Jennifer sold our very quickly, even though the market was not in our favor. Was very straightforward with me on what my expectations should be. She was very diligent and hard-working to get me the best price possible, and I felt like she was in my corner every step of the transaction and throughout the negotiation process.

Irving is very knowledgeable and helped make our first-time home buying experience seamless and enjoyable. He responds quickly and made the process far easier than we had imagined it would be. Irving is the best!!

Lisa went above and beyond to find us a home. Every single property she showed us had the requirements that we were looking for in a home. The home we decided on was complicated to say the least. Lisa walked us through every process needed for downpayment assistance, working to purchase a HUD home, the electrical meter fiasco, etc. She was even willing to come over with her paint brush to help us get FHA approval if needed. My family is so happy in our new home and we are eternally grateful to Lisa!
