I have used Landin’s team 3 times now, 2 sales and 1 purchase and I wouldn’t work with anyone else.

First, yes I should stay in one place. But the chaos of moving and working with Spencer from Landins team made every bit of a stressful situation easier. He is honest, knowledgeable about the market and super kind. He answers questions as they arise and will walk you through any questions or hesitations you have. He is a great negotiator without being pushy and you know he’s working with integrity on your behalf. Would give more stars if I could.
