I can compare our experience with our realtor in New Mexico that help us buy a house. Faun did a great job explaining what would proceed in selling our home but after that encounter, I did not feel we got the attention we deserved. The staging company and the actual furniture was fair at best. We feel Faun felt imposed upon when we had questions or ask for advise or recommendations. The whole process went well and overall wr are happy with the results.

Faun was the perfect realtor for our relocation to Denver. From the beginning, she was always available, very communicative, and honest with us. Whether it was seeing homes in person or via FaceTime, she would let us see homes quickly and give feedback beyond just the house (school districts, neighborhoods, HOAs, etc.).
