I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with Steve Proctor's ability as my Selling Agent. This is the second time that Steve has been my Realtor, with the first on my purchase of my home which Steve just successfully closed upon in one of the most difficult sellers' market! I was an out of state seller and was able to count on Steve to GO WAY BEYOND expectations to manage my listing and find a buyer. He frequently tended to my vacant property, cleaned it, updated the listing, had totally perfect and impressive photos, widespread marketing and data driven process, held numerous open houses, and would tell me as if he totally meant this, that it was his goal TO GET A BUYER that day. How many agents would set forth their intention like that? He was very professional, extremely responsive, documents were always generated immediately and accurately. Everything was perfect. You helped us navigate this, and we appreciate the resources you shared to make repairs and meet some expectations, making the sale easier. I can be grouchy, and Jillann has been the best to talk to and work with. Always uplifting to talk and strategize with Jillann, and she put in the work. I want to extend a huge thank you for the help Jillann provided for the electrical problem we had. After several repairs, new carpet, and painting the home, Tracy and I were essentially broke. Jillann pulled together the resources to help us overcome several of these obstacles and ensure the home sale went through. We recommend Jillann to anyone looking for a home. As I stated in the opening statement, A+. Our experience had its ups and downs, and it felt like I was dealing with a team rather than ordinary contractors when it came to working with her resources.
