You helped us navigate this, and we appreciate the resources you shared to make repairs and meet some expectations, making the sale easier. I can be grouchy, and Jillann has been the best to talk to and work with. Always uplifting to talk and strategize with Jillann, and she put in the work. I want to extend a huge thank you for the help Jillann provided for the electrical problem we had. After several repairs, new carpet, and painting the home, Tracy and I were essentially broke. Jillann pulled together the resources to help us overcome several of these obstacles and ensure the home sale went through. We recommend Jillann to anyone looking for a home. As I stated in the opening statement, A+. Our experience had its ups and downs, and it felt like I was dealing with a team rather than ordinary contractors when it came to working with her resources. We were offered an extremely generous deal for a full roof replacement that, on our own, would have cost us much more. She was in it with us. Jillann gets an A+.
