In the sea of laziness in Renae’s industry…what a grinder, hustler and hard worker she is, is all I thought through the entire process. Renae made me feel like I was the only pebble on the beach. Her plan, attention to detail, marketing ideas, communication and execution is all about precision. I’m a successful and detail oriented entrepreneur and I admit I learned a lot from Renae through the process. Her middle name should be, “Perfectionist.” My advice to someone looking to hire a Realtor. Don’t make my mistakes. Don’t hire friends, family or someone who doesn’t eat sleep and breathe your listing. Hire Renae! A Realtor must have the experience and expertise as a SELLERS agent to get you to the finish line. Renae kept her finger on the pulse of the industry, DAILY, because that’s how fast things change, and if your Realtor isn’t consistently by your side, able to have the foresight to navigate the ebb and flow of the market changes and fight to win daily battles like Renae, you will lose more than capital, you lose something more valuable…time and peace of mind. Renae stopped the bleeding for me, and I was losing a lot! I went through 2 agents before I met her. She sold my home fast! She’s a master negotiator. She’s on my Mount Rushmore of all time professionals. I’m forever grateful. Thanks for rescuing me Renae!
