I have nothing but good things to say about my agent, Ryan Smyle. When working with my family, he was very patient and did not push us at all to make a decision despite us taking about two years of his time looking at houses! He showed us many beautiful homes, but we just were not ready and Ryan patiently told us to take our time until we found exactly the right home. He is extremely.knowledgeable and I learned a great deal from working with him. This is despite the fact that I had purchased multiple homes in the past, my husband was in the real estate business, and I thought I already knew a lot. Ryan’s thorough knowledge of. the real estate market was extremely helpful.He is an excellent communicator and always follows through on what he promises. He did an excellent job of negotiating for us and in fact, got us several hundred thousand dollars off the original asking price for our home. Ryan went above and beyond and helping with whatever was needed not just closing the deal on a home. I can’t imagine working with another agent.
