I moved out of CO and so I was very thankful I had Stacie to handle all the logistics of the sale of my house. She was open and transparent about every decision I had to make, gave reasonable estimates about price and timeline that ended up correct, respected my schedule while I was abroad, and made recommendations that substantively improved how sellable my home was. I'd recommend her every time!

We purchased a home and sold a home with Jen. We couldn't be happier. In both instances, she always remained positive and assured us that we would find the home we loved and sell our home to the right buyer. She was correct both times! If we ever decide to sell our wonderful home in the future, we will be calling Jen!

Molly Henry was a delight to work with buying a home in metro Denver. I wanted a place in the city but not in the city, historic, with modern amenities and we found my home in historic Curtis Park adjacent to downtown. I had so much fun while doing the work to find a home I would enjoy. I particularly appreciated how Molly patiently guided me through my first home purchase. The entire experience felt smooth and stress-free because of their knowledge, and I wholeheartedly recommend Molly to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive realtor in the Denver area. I’m sure I’m in my forever home but if I’m looking to sell or buy a new home, she’s, my realtor!
