A caring, trustworthy realtor who took wonderful care of us

Hope helped sell my Denver condo during a season of big changes for our family, and she made the whole thing feel manageable. She was patient, kind, and always kept my son and me informed. I'm grateful for her guidance and couldn't recommend her more highly.

Steady hands through a tough condo market

Hope was a great partner through a long and complicated sale. Our situation was unusual — I'd already moved my mother into a retirement community in California while her condo remained in Denver — but Hope handled the distance seamlessly. She paired solid advice with real patience as we braved the headwinds of the condo market, and she was a fantastic communicator throughout. I always felt confident and in good hands.

Extremely knowledgeable and patient realtor, amazing at listening and finding the right place

Rima was with me every step of the way through the process. She was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. She was very knowledgeable and flexible with showing me properties until I found my dream place. Additionally, she had great instincts and insight when it came to writing an offer. I was able to put complete trust in her to help me understand my options and what different outcomes could be. I would (and have) recommend Rima to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her expertise, compassion, and honestly made a stressful experience an easy and fun one.

The Perfect Realtor for a First-Time Homebuyer

Chris was exactly the realtor experience I hoped for as a first-time homebuyer. I didn’t want to feel rushed into buying a house that wasn’t the right fit, and Chris truly respected that. He understood the size, style of home, and neighborhoods I was looking for, and even when a house checked a few boxes, he encouraged me to stay patient and wait for the right one in the right area. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — from giving thoughtful advice during the offer stage all the way through closing. Chris even made multiple trips to the house when I wanted a second set of eyes or an extra opinion, which I really appreciated. What really stood out is that his support didn’t stop after closing. He’s continued to help by recommending vendors and contractors for upgrades I wanted to tackle right away. Every recommendation has been great, and it’s made settling into my new home so much easier. I’m so grateful to have had Chris guiding me through the process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
