Kurt has a tremendous knowledge of the local market. He was a master negotiator both buying and selling. His effort to sell my home was second to none. He helped work with contractors to get all the "fix up" work done and really made the whole experience quite smooth and pleasant. He will be my agent for any new property I look at.
