Chris was a great to work with. He gave me renovation tips. He referred contractors who were skilled and reasonably priced. Chris communicates well. He responds quickly. He listens well and has thoughtful responses. I was never confused about the process. In addition, he did a great job marketing my property and working with the buyer’s agent. Coming from out of state to buy in Colorado was a bit intimidating. . . . until we met Cindy! She was welcoming from the moment we met her. She helped us understand the buying process as it had been 34+ years since we bought the home that we sold to downsize & purchase a 2nd home here to be closer to our grandkids. She displayed great patience with us, driving from location to location each time we would fly in to condo shop. We were able to close electronically and she even picked up the keys and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived with our furniture. She gave us recommendations for services we were in need of and we know that even as we continue to settle in, she's readily available to answer any questions we may have.
