We casually spoke to Monica about this, and she was very supportive. While we weren't quite ready to move, Monica gently pushed us to find a home that worked for us at the right time. Once we found our dream home, Monica guided us through the offer process, making sure that our offer was fair for both parties. After it was accepted and we were under contract, Monica also helped us sell our old home. She helped us stage our home and connected us with a great photographer.
