Responsive, knowledgeable and skilled negotiator

Kristi is honest, hard working and the Best Remax representative in the Denver area. What a great experience, I would never use another realtor. What a joy!!

Rob Stark has extensive experience in my homes area and what the market is doing which was very important to me during this crazy time for Real Estate. Rob's entire team came out to our initial meeting and asked questions, looked around entire property to really get to know the property and to be able to field questions that came from potential buyers. They made me feel like part of their family and that selling my property was their top priority, keeping me calm and informed during the process.

They were very personable, extremely responsive, and did a great job getting everything done.

She knew current market conditions and “ talked up” what made our house unique to interested people looking to buy a home.

Kim Green was an incredibly hardworking, professional, and diligent realtor who went above and beyond to make the process of building our new home in Ken Caryl as smooth as possible. She was a trusted sounding board throughout the entire journey and made us feel supported every step of the way. Even after closing, Kim continues to provide valuable recommendations and ideas, helping us settle into and enjoy our new home. Her dedication, expertise, and personal investment in the new build process make her an exceptional choice for anyone taking on a similar journey!

I greatly appreciated Rima Garkow’s above and beyond assistance in helping me find a place to call home. I was moving to Colorado for work, and Rima was extremely knowledgeable about the best neighborhoods, taking into account commute times as well as proximity to stores and restaurants. I was on a very tight timeline, and Rima worked closely with me to ensure I was able to move before starting my new job. I truly appreciate all of her help throughout this process, and I am very happy in my new home. I would highly recommend Rima to anyone looking for a house in the Denver area!

Rima was the best Realestate agent we’ve had and we have bought and sold quite a few times. She’s caring, knowledgeable, patient. I appreciate that she doesn’t pressure you that helps you to make the right decision. What’s best for your needs. We love our home it’s perfect. We appreciate her very much.

Leah did an amazing job of gaining an understanding of our needs and goals and worked diligently to market the sale of condo with timely communication throughout the whole sales process and negotiated firmly with the buyer to assure our goals were met through timely closing of the sale of our condo.

Kathy has helped my wife and I through several sales and purchases in the most professional manner. My wife past away in September of 2025. Kathy understood my situation, communicated well and got me through the curriculum sale of my home. She empathetic with the needs of the buyer or seller.

Angelica is super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions sometimes before we asked them. She was great at negotiating the price of our condo and made sure every detail was seen to. Really the best you could ask for.

Holly was the best person we could’ve had on our house buying journey. I’ve personally known holly the majority of my life and when it came time to buy a house she was the first name that came to mind. She only showed us what we wanted to see and made sure to stick to our budget if not under. She handled negotiations seamlessly and I can confidently say this the easiest house buying experiences I’ve ever witnessed.

Crystal was amazing to work with! We were so grateful for her knowledge of the market, home sales, and trends. She did a walk through and helped us decide what improvements to make, what furniture to store, and how to price the home. She kept us super informed during the whole process and when the time came for negotiations fought for our benefit while also being reasonable for the buyer. She was very transparent with numbers through it all, and had a reliable network of inspectors/ handymen/ and suppliers to help us knock out projects. From initial walkthrough to the closing table Crystal was a delight to work with. She truly works for the good of her clients and takes care of so much that we never worried! We highly recommend working with Crystal anytime you’re looking to buy/sell in the Denver Metro Area.

We bought and sold our home with Crystal and both times she went above and beyond the call of duty. From negotiations when we were buying, to explaining each and every step to where we felt comfortable during the process. While we owned the home when we weren’t sure about what to do about a particular process we said let’s just ask Crystal and she was always just a text away. When it was time to sell our home she helped consult on needed repairs and design decisions to help it sell faster, she was also a great representative during negotiations to help us get the best deal on our house sale. She is great with communication and truly understands the real estate process. We can’t recommend her enough!

Shelly is amazing and very patient. I had a lot of ‘must haves’ and was very picky about everything. She worked around my odd schedule, nights and weekends, to make things work. She has a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to find my new home with!
