Crystal was amazing to work with! We were so grateful for her knowledge of the market, home sales, and trends. She did a walk through and helped us decide what improvements to make, what furniture to store, and how to price the home. She kept us super informed during the whole process and when the time came for negotiations fought for our benefit while also being reasonable for the buyer. She was very transparent with numbers through it all, and had a reliable network of inspectors/ handymen/ and suppliers to help us knock out projects. From initial walkthrough to the closing table Crystal was a delight to work with. She truly works for the good of her clients and takes care of so much that we never worried!
