Crystal's intuitive knowledge of the market helped me to price my home at a place that was attractive to buyers but still provided the return I needed. Additionally, her extensive experience as both a buyers' agent and a sellers' agent helped us get under contract and to the closing table much faster than a lot of other properties for sale nearby.
