Kathy has helped my wife and I through several sales and purchases in the most professional manner. My wife past away in September of 2025. Kathy understood my situation, communicated well and got me through the curriculum sale of my home. She empathetic with the needs of the buyer or seller.
She knew current market conditions and “ talked up” what made our house unique to interested people looking to buy a home.
Jim new the market. Made sure there were no hold ups with the contract by having pre inspections before listing the house. Got more than asking price the first week on the market. When other realtors average days on the market were six weeks.
Jared communicated the entire process from start to finish. We were on the market less than a month so everything went quickly and he was there every step of the way. We had to do some work and he has wonderful, skilled contractors that showed up within a day of calling and completed all work. Highly recommend Jared as a man of strong integrity and character. Selling is never easy but Jared steps in and walks alongside the entire process.
