When we finally started looking at houses, Kristi was able to help us navigate that process. I communicated the conditions that I needed in a home and Kristi respected and helped guide us to houses that would meet our needs . I respected her advice and the suggestions she offered. She is well informed about real estate in Colorado . Kristi helped enormously after we went back to our home state. Showed up for inspection, worked through issues with sellers agent.
