We began our selling journey informed about what to expect. After that, a major component we liked was the staging of our townhouse, so that it was "Walk-in-Wow!" Her team knows what they are doing to give a great first impression, online with the marketing brochure, and in person with first steps through the front door. Interested clients walked out with a brochure in hand too. A nice touch. We received regular weekly communications about interest, viewings and open house activity, keeping us up to date and informed. When we received our offer, her expertise really helped. We had numerous conversations that helped guide our final decisions. She provided valuable interface with the buyer's realtor. Once under contract, she helped us work through the inspection checklist, and to connect us, (as clients living outside of the market area of Loveland,) to contractors, who could work quickly to satisfy minor repairs. This was so helpful, and got us to our closing as seamlessly as possible. Tracy has terrific interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a no nonsense style which is so easy to work with. She is courteous and gracious at all times and demonstrates her commitment to the client relationship with timely and thoughtful communications. Kim has been a Godsend for us through a challenging 16 months trying to sell our house after we had already moved. Without Kim’s professionalism, knowledge and willingness to do things for us that I would not have expected from any realtor I don’t know how we would have managed, she basically looked after our house over an extended period, kept us up to date, advised us on price and strategy, negotiated, and provided us with as much feedback on contracts as was needed. I’m originally from Britain where a flat fee of around $2,000 is paid to the realtor so I have always felt the fees in the USA were ridiculous. Having met and worked with Kim, I can honestly say she was worth every penny and realistically, a lot more! I cannot imagine there is a more professional, effective, knowledgeable, ethical, hardworking, personable realtor on the planet.

Kelly was very knowledgeable and attentive. A joy to work with. She was spot on with her evaluation of our home, marketed it very well, and guided us through the whole process professionally.
Tracy was an excellent communicator and was able to get us in to see the house very quickly. She is extremely savvy on the pros and cons of areas in loveland. The transaction was flawless. The exact price we were looking to get it for and it was an easy close. I look forward to the next one.
Al always was looking out for us during all aspects of the transaction. Al knows what a good property is and will let you know if it is not. Al even called the county to make sure certain permits had been pulled and was filled correctly. Thank You
