Buying a house in Colorado while living in Washington was stressful. Angie made the process very easy. She would add different properties to my portal based on my wants and needs. Once I decided on the perfect house, Angie made the process so easy with video showing, zoom meetings to go over all the different paperwork, explaining things clearly and concisely all along the way. She is a true, honest, caring professional. I recommend her highly!

I bought my first home in 2019 with Angie, and sold that same home in 2026 with Angie. One thing she does better than any other agent I have worked with is /explain/ things. She had the patience to walk me through every line of the contract and answer any questions or hypotheticals (there were many) I had along the way. In addition, Angie was instrumental in preparing my home for listing. We walked through the the home and she pointed out every details that would be either an easy fix, or a great value add. Beyond that, she coordinated all aspects of the repairs/work, staged the home, and checked in regularly. She has a well-connected network that you can rely on. Angie is a professional first and always puts your interests ahead. I was lucky enough to work with her during my time in Colorado, and hope to return in the future.

This is my second time using Angie as my realtor. I moved back from TN and didn't hesitate to give her a call. I trusted Angie to provide informed details and communicate effectively and promptly. Its never easy moving across the country but with Angie's calm demeanor and excellent knowledge of the area it made relocating so much easier. I feel she genuinely wants the best for her clients.

Angie was very thorough, kind, and helpful throughout the process of buying my first house. She made herself available at unconventional hours due to my job of working in a hospital, which really helped streamline the process. She was ready with all the information and many explanations that I needed and even gave me a very gracious and thoughtful gift after she helped me close. My experience of buying my first house could’ve been extremely difficult but Angie was able to make the process as easy as possible which was much appreciated!
