She had the patience to walk me through every line of the contract and answer any questions or hypotheticals (there were many) I had along the way. In addition, Angie was instrumental in preparing my home for listing. We walked through the the home and she pointed out every details that would be either an easy fix, or a great value add. Beyond that, she coordinated all aspects of the repairs/work, staged the home, and checked in regularly. She has a well-connected network that you can rely on. Angie is a professional first and always puts your interests ahead. I was lucky enough to work with her during my time in Colorado, and hope to return in the future.
