Tracy, as a real estate agent and representative of our investment is an intelligent and careful moderator both with understanding her clients ( us) particular needs and the agent/clients on the other position. She was able to seamlessly help with suggesting excellent movers, repair contractors and alleviate last minute concerns that would have created disaster had it been up to our devises. I have not met an agent who has the same abilities in today's offering of real estate agents. Tracy also has a clear knowledge of the sales market, trends and where the market may be headed. She is realistic and honest so that we made the most of our investment without fear of becoming stale in a changing real estate climate and making the most of our investment. I have a retired real estate license, and Tracy exceeded all levels of professionalism.
