Phil was so easy to work with. He shared his honest opinions with me but was not pushy at all. I just moved to Colorado from Oregon, so his expertise was very helpful to me. In fact, he connected me with a lender who also turned out to be a great fit. I am a widow and this is the first time I have bought a house on my own, so I appreciated his honesty, openness and experience. I love my house and hope I never have to move again, but I would not hesitate to use Phil again if I did need to sell!

Where do I even begin. Coming to Colorado, we were lost on where to move, so I found Phil online and after just 1 phone ring he answered when other agents sent me to voicemail. Immediately I knew he was the guy for my job by introduction alone. Being in a rare position, Phil took the entire transaction from start to finish in a very linear and straightforward path, which is what every person looks for in a stressful time. Giving us multitudes of options relating to timeline, housing, and areas along with enough breathing room for the time to think we found a house within such a short timeframe that it felt like we did it over a weekend. Phil helped us filter through different houses easily, sorting the ones that didn’t fit our style out quickly and going on tours nearly everyday to find the one that worked. The transaction was clean and cut with no problems, and if a problem arose at a house Phil would spot it instantly. Overall, our transaction took just over a couple weeks, and we were in our new home. I’ll remember this for the rest of my life. Phil is awesome.

Living in another state, we faced a daunting task of purchasing a home without the ability to be personally on-site to handle the arduous process. When we decided to move to Colorado from California we didn't know where to begin. I was introduced to Phil from a very close family friend who's a realtor in California. When I spoke with Phil over the phone immediately I knew he was my guy. He is so personable and knew all the right questions to ask. When we finally decided to fly out to Colorado to look at homes Phil and his wife Leigh met and welcomed us with open arms. Phil and Leigh had already made us an itinerary of homes to look at during our 4 day stay. We fell in love with house number two, but Phil and Leigh encouraged us to keep looking to make sure we were making the right choice. Lets say 20-25 houses later, we still ended up purchasing the house we fell in love with, #2. Fast forward a couple months, we are loving our new home and I'm happy to say Phil and Leigh are now more than our Realtors, they are considered life long friends.
