This is my second time using Angie as my realtor. I moved back from TN and didn't hesitate to give her a call. I trusted Angie to provide informed details and communicate effectively and promptly. Its never easy moving across the country but with Angie's calm demeanor and excellent knowledge of the area it made relocating so much easier. I feel she genuinely wants the best for her clients.

I loved working with Angie, she’s so knowledgeable and does not miss a detail! She knew exactly what we were looking for and nailed it! She’s professional and she made our house hunting fun! I would highly recommend Angie if you’re looking for an amazing realtor!

Angie Grothmann is an amazing agent. She has great knowledge of the area that we settled in (Fort Collins), she was in communication with us every day, helped us find local assistance throughout the whole process, and made sure we knew exactly what we were signing and what things to look out for. Angie knows from experience what items to look out for in a house, as well as what areas and schools best matched our preferences. Angie and her team are the reason we got the house of our dreams. She worked with the other agents to facilitate a smooth homebuying process, from helping us stay informed through a contingent offer to working with the seller's agent on making sure the home had everything we needed and had been thoroughly examined for any potential issues. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

We met Chrissy 2 years ago when were extensively searching for a great real estate agent to represent us in purchasing a home in Fort Collins. Having been a realtor myself in the past, we had lots of detailed questions on Chrissy's experience, communication style, and processes. Chrissy was able to answer all of our questions satisfactorily and we felt she would be a great agent to represent us. We were not wrong. Chrissy had double duty as we lived out of state and needed her to be available for specific times when we flew into town and for video showings when we weren't able to be in town. She was always accommodating and we never felt like we were a burden to her. The type of house we were looking for was in short supply in Fort Collins, but Chrissy delivered and we are very happy in our new home. Besides the typical realtor duties, Chrissy also had great references for contractors, restaurants, and fun things to do in Fort Collins (since we were new to the neighborhood). Chrissy is a professional, friendly, and just a great overall person who we would recommend to anyone looking for a great, real estate agent.

We really appreciate all Chrissy did to sell our house in a tough market! It was a challenging process but she helped us navigate it so well.

Chrissy took over our listing after our home sat too long on the market with another agent. Immediately, she inspected every inch of our home and made suggestions ranging from staging, to carpet cleaning, to window washing, to other details that really made our home shine, literally. Facing a difficult market, she crafted various plans to make our home more attractive to potential buyers, including new photos for marketing when the season changed. She crafted an improvements sheet to show potential buyers the value we had added to the home. She has a real personal touch and a warm spirit and is very dedicated and detail oriented. We are thankful for her expertise, guidance, and support all the way from offers and contracts through to closing. If we were still needing real estate services in Colorado, she would be our go to.

Jennifer went above and beyond as our selling agent, exceeding all our expectations. From staging and photos to closing, every step was executed flawlessly. Her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, and her expertise in a challenging market enabled us to close quickly. Her team even assisted on moving day, ensuring everything was loaded in our absence. If I could, I would rate her more than 5 stars. Her knowledge of the market and resources is unparalleled. We highly recommend Jennifer and her team!

Jennifer was a great agent! She walked us through the whole home buying process and fielded every question we threw her way with the information we needed. Thank you Jennifer!

Jen was a wonderful referral for us from our realtor in Florida (also amazing). She is knowledgeable and a great advocate. I would highly recommend her to any coming here. She is always there for her clients!

We were so grateful Kimberley was able to sell a difficult property for us! Once we got through that, she helped us find our new home. All the properties we visited met our specific needs, so we had plenty to choose from. Her guidance and experience made the process easy and seamless for us. Her knowledge of the local areas helped up dial into the perfect home location, and we could not be happier! If you are looking for a true professional, she's the one!

We have absolutely loved working with Kim. She has helped us buy and sell multiple homes. She is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We had moved out of state before our house sold. Kim was amazing when it came to coordinating the proper care of the property and checking up on everything. Thank you Kim for everything you’ve done for us!
