Karen at Neuhaus Real Estate was super helpful and supportive throughout our house buying process as first time home buyers. She was constantly available via text and scheduled showings that fit our schedule. She was always willing to fit in extra showings on the weekend to work around our work schedules. She provided advice when it came time to make offers to give us the best chance of being competitive in this market. Once an offer was accepted, she was a helpful advocate when problems arose with sellers and provided support with the inspection and appraisal process.
