I couldn’t have been in better hands than Tracy Wilson. I met her years ago when I bought my home. When I decided to sell she was definitely my first choice to call. She’s a very deeply caring professional who keeps her finger on the pulse of the market.I believe Tracy and her entire team go above and beyond making your buying and selling transition smooth.

From the moment I told Tracy I was looking to buy she gave me 100%! I was in a different state through the entire process and I never doubted what Tracy and her team was doing for me! She made the entire process effortless and I always felt like she had my back, all the way up until closing, and she sat by my side and made sure I understood everything I was signing. I can’t thank Tracy and her team for making what could have been a very difficult process so easy and left me with very little stress. I knew exactly what I was getting and would highly recommend her and her team!!

A true professional, very knowledgeable and such a delight to work with. Saw to my needs and was not pushy. Was able to answer all my question, and made me feel very comfortable in a slightly stressful situation. Made herself available to me whenever I needed her. She made the buying process easy and understandable, which gave me a great sense of ease. I would recommend her to anyone I know who was looking to purchase a home.

Venna is SO EASY to talk with, share concerns and questions with. Her knowledge and guidance made our home buying/selling experience very comfortable and assuring.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Venna Hillman — not once, but twice! This is the second house she has sold for us, and both times she has gone above and beyond. She held multiple open houses, even brought in items herself to help stage the house, and always made sure it was presented at its absolute best. What really sets her apart is her communication — she kept us informed every step of the way with updates on how our home was doing in the community and the market. Thanks to her expertise and hard work, this home sold in just about 7 weeks, and we were very happy with the price we received. We are so grateful for her professionalism, dedication, and personal touch. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We have worked with Venna over an 8 year span in the selling of 2 houses and the buying of one. Each experience has shown her dedication and professionalism in real estate. She expertly guides you through each process. Vienna is very hands on and works hard to get you the best result. Often she goes beyond your expectation with great outcome and fast results. We would highly recommend her.

Charles Sparks was successful in listing our house and collaborating with us, on a collective approach with buyers and final negotiation to sell the home. We've moved several times, had the blessing of selling a number of homes, and for this Colorado home, Charles offered an open approach to listening / considering our thoughts on the negotiation options to sell our home in a competitive market.

Charles was great from the start. His honesty, knowledge of the area and focus on details was perfect. We were new to the area and Charles was just want we needed. I highly recommend Charles.

I had an amazing experience working with Erica as my realtor. From the very beginning, she listened closely to what I wanted and guided me with so much patience. She answered every single one of my questions — no matter how small — and always made sure I felt informed and confident throughout the entire process. Erica consistently advocated for me, going above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best outcome possible. Her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism truly set her apart. I’m so grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a phenomenal realtor.

When we decided to sellnour home and look for another we were introduced to Erica Franzel by our son. Having bought and sold several homes over the years we had both positive and negative experiences and we're always suspect of agents who would make exaggerated claims just to get your business. Working with Erica was a uniquely positive experience. Her energy, honesty and sincere desire to direct us to the perfect new home, as well as marketing our current home was obvious through the whole process. We enthusiastically recommend Erical Franzel to anyone wanting to work with an agent who will always put your best interests her priority. Thank you Erica for your all of your effort, and providing a pleasant experience

Erica has helped us with several new home transactions in the last few years, she has yet to disappoint. She is responsive, intelligent and clearly cares about her job. While we hope we don't buy another house anytime soon, we do know who we will be calling when we do. Thank you Erica!!
