Communication was always timely but unobtrusive using text, email, phone even video touring properties for my elderly parents. They quickly adapted to our special need for two walkers, wide doorways, no stairs... Negotiation was an impressive display of insight, recognizing an opportunity for bidding the right price at the right time. They worked tirelessly through the inspection/objection process offering solutions, options for technical service, and negotiating to reach a timely closing. Going through the home buying process can be scary, especially when doing so remotely, but Roger and Susan made it as stress-free as possible.
