I hired an excellent realtor and made my first friends in Ft. Collins. Couldn't have better!

Susan and Roger demonstrated comprehensive market knowledge answering questions about the area, home details, utilities, area services like health care, and questions I didn't even think of. Communication was always timely but unobtrusive using text, email, phone even video touring properties for my elderly parents. They quickly adapted to our special need for two walkers, wide doorways, no stairs... Negotiation was an impressive display of insight, recognizing an opportunity for bidding the right price at the right time. They worked tirelessly through the inspection/objection process offering solutions, options for technical service, and negotiating to reach a timely closing. Susan and Roger are the definition of professionalism. I felt like we were in good hands all the way through. They quickly earned my trust and delivered on every level, I could not have asked for a better experience.

Exceptional Service From Start to Finish, Even From Out of State

Jace Thorpe delivered an exceptional experience while helping us sell our home, especially given that we were managing everything from out of state. What could have been a complicated and stressful process turned into a smooth and well-coordinated experience because of his dedication and attention to detail. What truly stood out was his willingness to go far beyond what is typically expected of an agent. Our experience working with Roger and Susan was great! They provided current market research and valuable suggestions to help us make informed decisions to sell our home. They were available every step of the way, at all hours, providing feedback following showings, answering questions, and once under contract helping us negotiate with the buyers. Even after closing, Roger went above and beyond to help us remove some trash, to calm the buyers, after we had moved out. Thank you Roger and Susan! Roger and Susan were outstanding - We couldn't have asked for better agents to work with!!

We were out of town buyers who contacted Roger and Susan after reading on-line recommendations like this one. We felt very fortunate to have ended up with them and hope that this helps others in their decision. They were just what we were looking for.... great market knowledge, professional, informative, patient, and not at all pushy. Their communication, follow-up, and attention to detail were simply outstanding. We were relocating from Florida so, other than coming out for a house hunting trip, everything was done remotely. From negotiating the contract, getting through the inspection process, obtaining repair estimates, and finally closing on the property, Roger and Susan were always there to help. In addition to coaching us through the process, providing valuable insight along the way, and keeping everything on track, they made frequent trips out to the property to meet with vendors and inspectors on our behalf. When we had questions or concerns, they got answers, contacting qualified professionals as needed and always making sure that we had solid information on which to base our decisions. Going through the home buying process can be scary, especially when doing so remotely, but Roger and Susan made it as stress-free as possible. They are a great team and we couldn't have had a better experience. They have our highest recommendation.

We have had Roger and Susan Kelly sell several properties over the past several years. They are true professionals in the Real Estate markets. We appreciated their Communication and suggestions during the sale of our Condominium in Loveland, Colorado. Their suggestion was that we contact a business that does temporary furnishings. Their suggestion worked! The property sold within weeks.

Extensive market knowledge, excellent communication, impeccable professionalism

This was not our first home purchase, but it was surely the easiest and the most enjoyable. Roger and Susan were warm and friendly, always helpful, and always available to answer questions via phone, email or text. Their market knowledge and experience are extensive, their communication skills are outstanding, and their professionalism is impeccable.Roger was very helpful with providing reliable contacts and information for any repairs necessary for our home.
