Tracy is beyond wonderful as a realtor. She has Helped up sell and buy other homes through the years. She is so knowledgeable and tough when she needs to be. I know I’m in good hands. And beyond that, she is truly a good human being.

Tracy and her team are so attentive to your transaction. She did a market analysis before we listed it to know where our price should be. I received all the dates on the contract to add to my calendar after we went under contract so I would know what day things had to be done in order to sell my property. She has the house staged so it looks fresh and pretty and not baron. She had it set up so I get a text every time there is going to be a showing and had a beautiful flyer made for the box out front attached to her sign and on the counter inside. She is always up beat and happy to help. Her years of experience is priceless and so is having her and her team by your side in realstate.

Tracy is timely, honest. Very professional. Always a positive trouble shooter.

Venna is SO EASY to talk with, share concerns and questions with. Her knowledge and guidance made our home buying/selling experience very comfortable and assuring.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Venna Hillman — not once, but twice! This is the second house she has sold for us, and both times she has gone above and beyond. She held multiple open houses, even brought in items herself to help stage the house, and always made sure it was presented at its absolute best. What really sets her apart is her communication — she kept us informed every step of the way with updates on how our home was doing in the community and the market. Thanks to her expertise and hard work, this home sold in just about 7 weeks, and we were very happy with the price we received. We are so grateful for her professionalism, dedication, and personal touch. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We have worked with Venna over an 8 year span in the selling of 2 houses and the buying of one. Each experience has shown her dedication and professionalism in real estate. She expertly guides you through each process. Vienna is very hands on and works hard to get you the best result. Often she goes beyond your expectation with great outcome and fast results. We would highly recommend her.
