Neelam stood by us the entire time, kept pushing for a resolution, and handled the situation professionally and persistently until it was resolved. Without her support, the process would have been much more stressful. She was always responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for us. We truly felt that she was looking out for our best interests at every stage.
