Neelam Shrestha
Highly recommend Neelam for help with finding the right home.
Working with Neelam was an outstanding experience. She was patient while showing houses and finding great places for me to view. Neelam fought hard on my behalf during negotiations, ensuring I received the right concessions and repair work following the inspection. Her communication was excellent; she was always on top of things and proactively kept me informed without ever making me feel pressured. I highly recommend Neelam for her dedication and professionalism.

Dear Nathan, thank you for your thoughtful review! It was a real pleasure to help you find your new home. I understand that finding the right place takes time, and I’m glad you felt comfortable taking the time you needed during our search. My goal during negotiations was to ensure that you were protected and received what you truly deserved, so I’m thrilled that everything worked out for you. I believe this process should feel like being kept informed every step of the way, without ever adding pressure.
Congratulations on your new home! I wish you many wonderful years there, and please remember that I’m always here if you need anything, now or down the road.
